Description

This project calls for the complete design and construction services. Upgrade Playground with turf, shade structures and ADA ramp. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Acceptance Deadline 10/17/2025 02:00 PM EDT. Construction 06/01/2026-07/15/2026 Substantial Completion. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Contractor must fully complete project (including resolving any punch list items) by October 15, 2026.
