4830 - City of Nicholls Hazardous Material Inspection Services

CITY OF NICHOLLS REQUEST FOR BIDS The City of Nicholls has experienced damages due to Hurricane Helene occurring in September 2024 (DR-4830-GA). The City is seeking bids for qualified environmental professionals with current training from an EPA-accredited training provider, to conduct Hazardous Material Survey services. Companies desiring to provide services must submit sealed bids through the DFS Procurement Services Portal at dfs.bonfirehub.com. The full RFB can also be reviewed at erassist.com/work. Questions regarding the scope or RFB should be submitted in the Portal by December 8th, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. All bids shall be submitted by 2 p.m. on December 15th, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened prior to the Nicholls City Council meeting and will be awarded on December 17th, 2025 at 5:00 pm. at 7 Van Streat Highway, Nicholls, GA 31554. All companies, including women, minority, and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid
