The project consists of creating a more distinctive gateway into the city as individuals are entering the city from I-41 at the roundabouts at Hickory Street and Military Road. The project includes the demolition or removal of the existing landscaping and installation of the landscaping, architectural features, lighting and signage as outlined in the bid documents
