2026 Culvert Replacement Project

The City of Sausalito invites qualified firms (“Proposers”) to submit proposals for the development of a 2026 CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT as described within the following RFP. The selected consultant may need to apply for and receive a City of Sausalito Encroachment Permit and provide traffic control while working on city streets and sidewalks. The consultant shall be required to perform public outreach with adjacent property owners, businesses, and city staff to understand constructability concerns, and is required to provide a schedule to the community in advance of any fieldwork. A City of Sausalito Business License shall be required for the duration of time the consult is physically performing work in the City of Sausalito.The consultant will be required to manage the project and work closely with City staff to document and report on the progress of the project. The consultant shall also be required to present the plans, specifications and estimates to the city council in a public meeting.The submission of a proposal may lead to the award of a Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”), using the form attached the RFP as Attachment 6, Professional Services Agreement.
