Description

The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, is soliciting proposals (RFP HWY-M-CE26-01) for General Civil Engineering Services on the Island of Maui. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified firm to provide comprehensive civil engineering services as defined in the attached Scope of Work document. Key requirements include adherence to the guidelines for preparing consultant proposals for highway division projects, as detailed in the attached documentation.
