Provide city newsletter printing & mailing services proof full high resolution and trimmed proof. All paper, film and/or plates necessary to print the job. Pre-production proof; cover digital proof. Text blue line, or equal;pages up to 20 text pages (front to back); ink full color cmyk ink publication (all pages including the front and back cover); size final folded trim size shall be 11" w x 12" h with stitch and trim binding; paper 80# gloss text, bleeds fold, collate, saddle stitch, trim and box; artwork city shall provide pdf files format and digital document files created using standard publishing programs (i. e adobe pdf, quark express, pagemaker, photo shop, publisher, indesign, etc) via internet ftp or email.
