Cuyahoga Community College is seeking a campus-wide roof replacement for building maintenance

Description

This project consists of a full roof replacement of the Metro Buildings and Grounds building and the District Administration building, along with a partial roof replacement of the Metro Recreation Center, West Recreation Center, and East Student Services building. Work will be completed in two parts, with the District Administration roof in 2026 and all other roofs in 2027. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Sean Beckett at Sean.Beckett@tri-c.edu with the Tri-C project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). RFP due Friday, March 27, 2026.
