Replace five air handling units deemed mechanically deficient in building a. The units to be replaced are the following 1a-ah02, ba-ah03, 1a-ah05, 4a-ah17 with associated eru 4a-ah26, and a4-ah19 with associated eru 6a-ah28. The work shall include limited demolition; structural modifications; and replace plumbing, mechanical, and controls as needed. Provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment, supervision, excavation, demolition, temporary utilities, temporary services, project management and construction services necessary for the project.
