The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain proposals from qualified professional Contractors interested in providing Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the proposed Administration and Maintenance Building at the Persigo Wastewater Treatment Plant. This proposal includes preconstruction services for Work with the City and the Consultant during design. Question Acceptance Deadline 02/23/2026 05:00 PM.
