Buildings C, D, and X Roof Replacement and Attic Repair - Ballinger Commons Apartments

Remove and replace all roofing materials, install new and relocate vents, and install new gutters includes Removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials and 75% of plywood deck sheathing as well as 400LF of fascia board, Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed, Replace all pipe boots, flashing, and exhaust venting, Relocate existing venting from exterior of building to vent out roof in order to reduce venting lengths.
