Highway Resurfacing Engineering Services 2026

The Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking CONTRACTOR services to assist in the development of resurfacing, rehabilitation, and preventative maintenance transportation projects. The selected CONTRACTORs, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, shall be responsible for performing a variety of assignments including, but not limited to, engineering, project administration, design, hydraulic analysis, environmental permitting, survey, geotechnical evaluation, Right-of-Way (ROW) services, utility relocation services, railroad/highway crossing evaluation and design, traffic signal evaluation and design, and advertisement and bidding services during all phases of a project, from project definition through construction. The types of services required will be in accordance with the “Vermont Agency of Transportation Project Development Process” or as directed by the VTrans Project Manager (VPM)
