Provide emergency restoration and nonemergency maintenance services necessary to maintain approx. 300 miles of fiber optic cable and conduit infrastructure. The effective period of the contract(s) resulting from this IFB shall be three (3) years from date of City execution. The City and the vendor may mutually agree to renew and continue this agreement for additional periods of one year. However, no more than two (2) yearly extensions shall be made to the original agreement.
