Bloomingdale Village is seeking Toroellipse overcoating and repairs for structural maintenance and safety.

Description

Exterior High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Foundation Repair grout. Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs 1)Install deflector bars on the fill/draw pipe. 2)Overflow discharge modification. 3)Install additional attachment clamps on the leg ladder fall prevention device. 4)Install a vandal guard. 5)Balcony drain holes. 6)Balcony access modification. 7)Install a roof handrail with a painter's railing. 8)Adjust the loose sway rods. 9)Repair damaged electrical conduit. 10)Install grounding rods for the structure. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
