Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-1000-0198 As-Needed Barge Service Between Anchorage, Homer or Seward to Icy Cape

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources, Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office (TLO) is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to provide as needed round-trip barge transportation services between Anchorage, Homer or Seward, Alaska to Icy Cape, Alaska over a five-year term at approximately two-three trips per season as specified within this ITB.ADA: The State of Alaska complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
