Description

Replace Auburn Avenue Theater and new downtown park adjacent to the theater. The major items of work include constructing Auburn Avenue Theater and new downtown park adjacent to the theater includes Alternate 1 - roof membrane, alternate 2 - lobby gypsum board ceilings, alternate 3 - lobby wood wall panels, alternate 4 - roof leak detection system, alternate 5 - roof equipment screen, alternate 6 - ERCES equipment, alternate 7 - AV equipment list. This solicitation has some or all State and Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
