CITY OF WAUWATOSAPURCHASING DEPARTMENTREQUEST FOR PROPOSALSConsulting Services: Sanitary Sewer Flow Data EvaluationOFFICIAL NOTICEPROPOSALS REQUESTED:  Formal proposals will be received, per the instructions below, until 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.  Proposals received in response to this request will be forwarded to the City’s Engineer for evaluation and consideration.   NOTE:  This is not a pubic bid opening.The City of Wauwatosa is seeking comprehensive proposals from well qualified consulting firms to complete modeling and analysis of several years of sanitary sewer flow meter data for comparison of pre- and post- construction flow rates. The goal is to identify and quantify any reduction in wet weather flows because of the completed privately- and publicly- owned sewer system. The primary goal is to better understand if and to what extent the completed improvements have reduced infiltration into the sanitary sewer system from the storm sewer.  The results of the analysis will be used to guide the selection and implementation of sanitary sewer system improvements in the future.  Each consultant is responsible for determining all factors necessary for submission of a comprehensive proposal in accordance with the City of Wauwatosa Request for Proposal dated February 4, 2026 and this Official Notice.Proposal documents are available via email.   Please contact the City of Wauwatosa Purchasing Department at lschleimer@wauwatosa.net or by phone at (414) 479-8958 to obtain them.Pre-Proposal Meeting:   A pre‐proposal meeting will not be held for this RFP.Questions concerning this proposal request will be received through Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
