Work includes 2140 SF 2" cold mill, 26 Ton asphalt (c2-pg 64-10), 1284 SF dig-out - remove existing and replace with ac and barrier, 1136322 SF slurry seal modified type II with 2.5% latex rubber modifier with carbon black additive over ac pavement including crack sealing for cracks greater than 1/4", 75 LF remove existing asphalt concrete berm, 50 LF install asphalt concrete berm.
