DNR-462-492-88309, Stephen C. Foster Cabin Replacement

Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (Owner) for the project entitled Stephen C. Foster Cabin Replacement in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Project scope of work: The project consists of the phased removal of nine existing residential cabins in the Stephen C. Foster State Park in Fargo, Georgia, and the construction of ten new cabins on the same site. Existing site elements and utilities will be altered to accommodate the new construction. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
