Child & Family Visitation Office Conversion at Tuolumne General

Work includes tenant improvement to convert approx 1,100 SF into functional (class "b" occupancy) office space, which will be used to provide safe child welfare services (cws) direct client services, including a client lobby, investigative interviews, family visitation, and drug testing. All interior finishes have been removed, leaving bare plywood subfloors, wood studs and wood ceiling/roof framing. Some existing walls are of concrete and concrete masonry, selective demolition for the preparation of new work will include remove existing utility stub-outs to former kitchen equipment ; remove existing windows. See outside link. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Submission Deadline December 3, 2025, 5:00pm. The Agreement term shall be for a period of six (6) months. County may, at its option and upon Contractor’s concurrence, extend the term for a period of not more than two (2) three (3) months, or until said services are no longer required, whichever is sooner.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
