Description

This service generally consists of HVAC Planned Service Maintenance, Emergency Repair Services and Predictive Maintenance broken down by various facilities throughout Washington County. These services will be under the direct supervision and awarded by the Washington County Facilities Management Department, which is responsible for all operational aspects of the county facilities. Building HVAC equipment in these facilities reflect a wide variety of design configurations, age and include accommodations for approximately 600 employees, elected officials, court proceedings, and public meetings.
