Del Norte Regional Guardrail Upgrades Project (RFP)

Planning, preliminary engineering, and right-of-way services for the Guardrail Upgrades Project. The scope of this project includes performing a comprehensive condition assessment of existing guardrail, prioritizing upgrades of existing guardrail including end treatments resulting in a capital improvement plan for guardrail, and developing plans, specifications, and estimates to construct said improvements. Any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Rosanna Bower via email at rbower@co.del-norte.ca.us (with a copy to jonathan.olson@co.del-norte.ca.us). Questions shall be submitted before 5:00 p.m. on October 1, 2025. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal, State, and Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
