furnishing the necessary labor, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and appurtenances to make traffic signal improvements on Main Street in Holyoke between the intersections of Berkshire St and Sargeant St, including replacement of signage and pavement markings as well other incidental work. The estimated value of this contract, including all bid alternates, is $373,163 The bidder Contractor must be MassDOT, Prequalified in the class of work HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION or TRAFFIC SIGNALS
