Description

Plan and execute high-quality community engagement that builds understanding and support for RTA programs, service planning, and capital projects. Deadline for questions 02/18/2025, 4:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This procurement is limited to small businesses only. Offers /responses will only be accepted from eligible Small Business Enterprises in compliance with the RTA’s Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program and the US Code of Federal Regulations Title 49 Part 26.39. To be an eligible Small Business Enterprise a business must have at least 51% ownership by a person who is economically disadvantaged.
