Description

Work shall include the complete demolition and removal of the former building. The building is located on a paved parcel, outside of the airfield but adjacent to Taxiway B and Runway 18-36. The structure is a single-story, metal-framed building with an approx. footprint of 3,400 SF, consisting of three primary areas A front office and customer service area, including two offices and storage areas. A service garage (repair bay) used for oil changes with a floor mounted hydraulic lift with overhead doors. A car wash bay at the rear with a floor-mounted wash rack. Deadline for all questions October 3, 2025. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
