BEGINNING ON VT ROUTE 17 IN THE TOWN OF ADDISON AT MM 0.194 AND EXTENDING EASTERLY ALONG VT ROUTE 17 FOR A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 8.180 MILES (43,190.40 FT) TO MM 8.374 IN THE TOWN OF ADDISON. WORK TO BE PERFORMED UNDER THIS PROJECT INCLUDES FINE-MILLING AND RESURFACING THE EXISTING HIGHWAY, GUARDRAIL IMPROVEMENTS, PAVEMENT MARKINGS, AND OTHER RELATED HIGHWAY ITEMS. ENGINEERS CATEGORY E
