The City of San Leandro desires to solicit qualified proposals for Emergency Sanitary Sewer Repair services in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). The City is seeking on-call and emergency repair responder(s) for sanitary and storm sewers. The intent of this RFP is to identify one or more qualified firms to perform this service.
