Description
Project involves new construction and upgrades, including a new turf track and field, bleachers, a concession stand with restrooms, and asphalt parking spots. The work includes site preparation, demolition, earthwork, and the installation of a synthetic track surface or artificial turf. New utilities will be installed, including a water distribution system, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers, along with an irrigation system. Building construction will consist of cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, and other architectural elements such as doors, windows, and finishes.
