300 SP Prophetstown Wastewater Prevent Maintenance (RFQ)

Work includes preventative maintenance of the wastewater systems. Inspect lift station before any service work is begun. Pump down wet well completely and inspect condition of piping components.Remove and dispose of any debris or trash located in the wet well.Visually inspect the pumps and cords in wet well for signs of wear, insulation breakage, cord entanglement, and deterioration of bolts, fasteners, or piping.Measure float placement and reconcile with original construction drawings.Check operation of all floats (including alarm floats). Contract term will be for one year, commencing on 03/01/2026 and ending 02/28/2027. The term of the contract, including any renewals, may not exceed four (4) years. MBE goal 8% and WBE goal 11%.
