Description

The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:Clean out and plug forty-four (44) Oil/Gas Wells, estimated to be up to 3,000 feet in depth, toDepartment specifications.Prepare and restore well sites/site.Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection.MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for October 22nd through October 23rd, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Lamont Tool Shop, Warehouse Rd (FR 337), 41.5347, -78.9143. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
