Building Envelope Repairs – Multiple Buildings

This project consists of the miscellaneous building envelope repairs at three buildings on the campus of UNC Charlotte. Repairs at Kennedy, located at 9214 South Library Lane, Charlotte, NC, include brick and CMU repointing, concrete repairs, sealant replacement, and installation of metal caps. Repairs at Friday, located at 9209 Mary Alexander Road, Charlotte, NC, include sealant replacement and brick repairs. Alternates at Friday include loading dock and retaining wall repairs. Repairs at Storrs, located at 9115 Mary Alexander Road, Charlotte, NC, include sealant replacement, brick repairs, and EIFS replacement. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated, or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first-class job.
