Description

Work consist of remove masonry cleaning, sitework remove fence repair. Remove all stone work and metal work associated with parking lot boundary fence and mechanical yard fences and gates, sitework remove parking lot repair and stripping (excluding lighting), remove second level bedroom enclosure where open loft is enclosed by extending existing half wall to ceiling, remove linn street building lighting, remove new solid surface countertop and replace with plastic laminate countertop, Q&A deadline is on 09/11/25 by 5:00 PM. Questions shall be submitted in writing to michael.koch@cintimha.com. MBE 20% and WBE 5%. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
