Work includes removal of approx 3,000 SF of the existing roof deck. Installation of a mechanically attached white 60 mil thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roof membrane and associated TPO flashing accessories, perimeter metal flashing systems, new expansion joint cover and counterflashing systems. Q&A deadline November 17, 2025 by 4:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
