Description

Seeking a contractor to replace its existing coldfusion-based website with a modern, secure, and fully accessible content management system (cms). The project will include assessment and migration of existing content, assistance in selecting an appropriate cms, creation and implementation of a mobile-responsive and ada/wcag 2. 1-compliant design, and delivery of tools and training for state staff to manage the site independently. The end result will be an improved, user- friendly online presence that meets current accessibility standards and supports future growth. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
