Laramie County School District 1 is seeking restroom repairs for plumbing, ventilation, and fixture compliance upgrades.

Description

Project consists of upgrading of fixtures; replacement of original lead and galvanized piping, new waste and vent piping; fin tube heating, room ventilation, and lighting systems, flooring, acoustic ceilings, bathroom partitions and associated finishes. This will be a 2 phase project - Phase 1 completion 1/29/2027 and Phase 2 1/30/2028. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
