The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor to construct the tenant improvements located at the Ada County Victim Services Center located at 417 S. 6th St., Boise, Idaho 83702, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the “Project”)
