Work consists of removal an rehabilitation of existing well pump and motor; installation of rehabilitated well pump and motor; removal and replacement of level transducers and tubing, and adding 2nd tube; video inspection of well; rehabilitation of well by brushing and bailing of debris, as needed; furnishing new equipment instead of rehabilitated.
