Facilities Maintenance Support *Re-bid*

Provide facility maintenance support for the specific trades, for the (authority) on as-needed basis. The Trade Groups are further defined as General Electrical, Industrial Electrical, and General Contracting. The initial contract prices resultant from this solicitation shall prevail for a two (2) year period from the contract’s initial effective date, with an option to renew for an additional one (1) year period.
