Renovate Elevators Professional Services Assessment & Design RFP (CIP 301-708)

The City of Foster City is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional engineering services for the Renovate Elevators in City Buildings (CIP 301-708). To that end, the City invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals. The purpose of the project is to assess the four (4) elevators located within City Buildings and develop scope and construction documents (plans, specifications, cost estimates) to achieve the City’s goals of repair, modernization, and ADA compliance in order to improve their safety, efficiency and performance. The deadline for submitting questions about the proposal isDecember 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Questions about the proposals shall be submitted to Jerrick Carandang,jcarandang@fostercity.org A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held onTuesday, December 9, 2025, at 3 PM. The City will consider proposals received on or before the proposal submittal deadline ofThursday, January 8, 2026, at 3 PM. Proposals should be submitted electronically tojcarandang@fostercity.org.
