Description
Conduct a comprehensive feasibility study evaluating bulk commodities ocean terminal opportunities, primarily along the Pacific Coast, to support Utah's economic development through enhanced port access for bulk commodities like minerals, agricultural products, and energy resources. The comparative feasibility study includes market demand analysis, facility evaluation, and investment recommendations.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A due by 12:00 PM MST on January 29, 2026.
