materials, equipment and incidentals to replace two existing earthen lagoons with two new cast-in-place reinforced concrete lagoons including but not limited to temporary piping system, residual management, selective demolition, clearing, removal and replacement of fencing, exterior piping, fittings, valves, hydrants, manholes, flow metering equipment, site improvements, surface restorations and all other related Work complete as specified, and as evidently required to complete the Work
