Campus wide renovation to include but not limited to a complete interior renovation of the existing campus to include replacement of the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, removal and replacement of fire alarm system, remove and replace kitchen cooler/freezer, administrative security and lobby enhancements, new technology infrastructure, led lighting, new ceilings, flooring, painting, new exterior doors, windows and hardware, and sitework as needed.
