NOTICE Request for Qualifications Somerset Hill Fish Passage Barrier Removal Project PROTECT-1325(011) The City of Tumwater is soliciting qualified Consultants who can provide complete design, permitting, and construction support services required to replace an existing fish passage barrier with a bridge structure and restore a stream segment and its banks to a more natural, stable condition.
