Grant Writing and Management Services (RFP)

Seeking qualified consultants to provide professional services for Grant Opportunity Monitoring/Research, including but not limited to identifying and monitoring federal, state, regional/local, and private grant opportunities. Grant Strategy Development, including but not limited to recommending grant opportunities that align with the City’s goals/objectives, with an emphasis on emergency preparedness, public safety, and disaster prevention, and providing guidance on competitive positioning for funding opportunities. Proposal Development and Submission, including but not limited to preparing and submitting high-quality, competitive grant applications on behalf of the City, assisting City staff with gathering necessary information and data for applications, and ensuring compliance with all grant requirements, guidelines, and deadlines.
