Flexible Spending Account

The Office of Administration, Bureau of Employee Benefits (BEB), is seeking services from a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to provide an employee-paid pre-tax qualified fringe benefits plan for a medical flexible spending account and a dependent care spending account for commonwealth employees. TPA will be responsible for the administration of the Flexible Spending Account program (FSA) and Dependent Care Account Program (DCAP). The FSA and DCAP will be an optional program that allows Commonwealth eligible employees to participate in one or both spending accounts.
