Cedar Street Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Underground Storage Tank (Request for Qualifications)

Provide design phase and phase iii engineering during construction. The following will be included in the scope of services attend the 60%, 90%, and final design review meetings and provide construction related input on the plans, specifications, and opinions of probably cost (opc) presented at each meeting; provide resident engineer and necessary construction inspection staff to ensure that construction is completed in accordance with the approved contract plans and documents; attend pre-construction meeting(s) with city, utility companies, and contractor; facilitate bi-weekly progress meetings with the contractor, subcontractors, city, and others as needed. Coordinate with the contractor to provide an updated project schedule for progress meetings. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Federal and State funding, additional requirements may apply.
