Artificial Intelligence Platform for 9-1-1 Emergency Communications (RFP)

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified vendors for the provision of a cloud-native Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform to modernize and enhance operations within the County Emergency Telephone Systems Department. The initial contract resulting from this RFP shall be for a period of three (3) years, beginning on the effective date of contract execution. At the County's sole discretion, the contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, for a potential total contract term of five (5) years. See attached file.
