Simi Valley is seeking concrete work for minor street rehabilitation.

Description

Work consist of 3,785 SF of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of sidewalk, 84 sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of curb ramps, 2 sawcut and remove ramp portion of existing curb ramp and wet set truncated domes, 2,732 SF of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of concrete cross and/or longitudinal gutter, 1,427 LF of concrete sidewalk grinding, 17 LF of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of concrete curb and gutter, 195 SF of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of residential driveway. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
