Description

Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of existing infrastructure documentation, asset management systems, and operational practices. The Contractor shall identify gaps relative to FEMA’s current requirements, prioritize areas for improvement, and perform in-field documentation services (video/photography) to close those gaps. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A due by November 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
