COUNTY OF MERCERNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGPlease take notice that the County of Mercer will hold a Public Hearing onDecember 11, 2025, at 6:00 P.M.at the McDade Administration Building – Room 211, 640 South Broad Street, Trenton, New Jersey, to receive public comment regarding the County’s intention to adopt the New Jersey Department of Transportation Contractor Prequalification Class Codes as its own prequalification regulations for all construction contracts valued at more than $5,000,000.00 for projects funded, in whole or in part, from funds provided through the State Local Aid Program.The public is invited to speak on the proposed prequalification regulations at the Public Hearing.
