Description

Construction of a new 20,619 SF interpretive center and aquarium. Building trades required for the interpretive center construction will include auger cast deep foundations, cast in place concrete, masonry, "oolite" limestone panel facades, structural steel and miscellaneous metals, custom millwork including interactive exhibits, standing seam and membrane roof systems, waterproofing and caulking, doors frames & hardware, overhead coiling doors & grilles, impact storefront windows & doors, drywall & metal framing, acoustical and perforated metal ceiling systems, paints & coatings, specialty wall graphics & wall coverings, flooring, epoxy flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, roller shade window treatments, as well as fire protection piping, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and low voltage systems.
